Great for my purposes!
I was a chef in four and five star restaurants for many years, so I don't cook things in a microwave, but I do use a microwave to heat things up. I haven't tried to defrost anything yet, and probably won't ever use it for that. That being said, this small sized microwave serves me just fine. It's thus far, given me no problem at all. The controls are pretty simple to understand and this oven is simple to operate. If you're looking for a microwave that doesn't take so much space, this is a keeper.
